1. Scope and operator
This policy describes information handling in the current offline native version of Toy Match Garden (玩具花园, application identifier com.toyloom.game.match.garden), provided by Toyloom Games (“we”), and on this policy website. Our privacy contact is seansheaton@gmail.com.
2. Offline play and local records
No registration or sign-in is required. The game stores level progress, stars, coins, energy and replenishment timestamps, item inventory, toy unlocks, titles, tutorial status, language and audio preferences, unfinished boards, hidden cells, action history, elapsed time and result state in app-specific storage on your device. Local recovery backups or copies of damaged saves may also be retained. These records support gameplay and progress recovery, not advertising or profiling. The current game does not upload them to us, and we do not operate a cloud-save service.
3. Accounts, permissions and third-party SDKs
The current game does not request names, phone numbers, email addresses, identity documents or payment information. It does not access contacts, the camera, microphone, photos or precise location, or actively obtain advertising identifiers. The current Android build does not request Internet permission. No advertising, third-party sign-in, gameplay analytics, automatic crash-reporting, payment or SUD SDK is integrated. There is no chat, public player upload or online leaderboard. The in-game shop exchanges coins earned through play for items and energy; it does not process real-money payments.
4. Operating systems and distribution platforms
Operating systems, app stores or host platforms may independently process download, installation, security or diagnostic information under their policies and your settings. This is separate from the game’s own processing. Android app auto-backup is disabled in the current build, but device migration tools and backup behavior on other platforms can vary. We do not operate or access those backups. Before a future version enables SUD or another networked SDK, we will update this policy to identify providers, data categories, purposes and available choices, and obtain consent where required. This policy does not imply that a platform service not yet integrated is active.
5. Information you choose to send
If you email the address on this page, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use them to respond to support and privacy requests and investigate reported problems. The game does not automatically send email or attach saves. Please do not include passwords, payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive information. Our email service provider also processes correspondence under its own rules.
6. This policy website
GitHub Pages hosts this page. When you visit, the hosting provider receives your IP address, browser information and ordinary request information. We do not add ads, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, cookies or personal-information submission forms to this page. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement for its processing. 7. Retention, sharing and deletion
Local records remain until overwritten, cleared or removed. Android users can clear the app’s storage in system settings. On iOS, deleting the app and its data removes local saves; offloading an app while retaining its data is different. These actions lose local progress and may not remove operating-system backups or sent emails; manage those copies through the relevant services. We cannot view, remotely delete or restore device-only saves from a server. Support correspondence is retained only as needed for requests, necessary follow-up and applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Email and hosting providers process information for the purposes described above; disclosure may also be necessary for legal requirements or the protection of legitimate rights. Providers may process information outside your country under their own policies.
8. Children’s privacy
The core game does not require age, real-world identity or contact details. Children should use devices and platform services with guidance from a parent or guardian. We recommend that a guardian send support emails and avoid including unnecessary information identifying a child, such as a name or photo. If you believe a child has sent us information we should not retain, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action, including deletion where appropriate.
9. Your choices, security and updates
You can play without contacting us, and there is currently no game account to close. Language, music and sound preferences can be changed in the game, and local saves can be removed as described above. Where applicable law gives you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of information we hold, contact our privacy email. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify and address your request. We take reasonable steps to protect information under our control, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. We will update this policy and its effective date when relevant features or practices change, and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
