About this policy
This policy describes Tiny Track: Train Puzzle by Toyloom Games, Android package com.toyloom.tiny.track, and these privacy pages. It covers the current offline game. Privacy contact: seansheaton@gmail.com.
Offline play and information stored on your device
No account or sign-in is required. The game has no advertising, in-app purchases, integrated analytics, remote crash-reporting SDKs, or developer-operated cloud saves. The current Android build does not request Internet access. The game does not transmit gameplay or personal information to us.
Local storage keeps your current and unlocked levels, completed levels, best move counts, language, music and sound preferences and volumes, tutorial status, and whether the review reminder has appeared. These records support progress and preferences; they are not used for advertising or profiling.
Device backups and Google Play
Depending on your Android version, app backup eligibility, device settings and backup provider, local data may be included in system backups or device transfers. We do not operate or access those backups. Manage them through your device or backup provider.
Google Play and Android may independently process installation, purchase, security and diagnostic information, and may provide developers with sales or crash and performance reports. If you purchase the game through Google Play, Google processes payment and refunds; the game does not receive your full payment-card details. Platform data is governed by the relevant provider’s policies, including the Google Privacy Policy.
Optional feedback and review links
The feedback button opens your chosen email application with a subject and an empty problem-report template. It does not send anything automatically or attach gameplay records. If you choose to send a message to seansheaton@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you include. We use them to answer you, investigate issues and handle privacy requests. Our email provider processes this correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information.
When available, the review button opens Google Play. Any review you submit is handled by Google Play and may be public under its settings and policies. The game does not collect your rating or review text.
This privacy website
These pages are hosted on GitHub Pages. Your browser sends ordinary request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to the hosting provider. These pages have no added analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, cookies or contact forms. Hosting information is handled under the GitHub Privacy Statement.
Retention, sharing and deletion
Local saves remain until you clear app storage or remove the app. Use Android Settings to clear this app’s storage, or uninstall it, to remove local progress and preferences. System backups can restore saved data; manage those copies separately. We cannot remotely retrieve or delete saves stored only on your device.
Support correspondence is retained only as needed to resolve your request, handle related follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations. Platform transaction records, if provided to us, may be retained for accounting, purchase support or legal requirements. To request deletion of information you have sent us, contact seansheaton@gmail.com. Clearing app storage does not delete support emails or platform records.
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Email and hosting providers process information as described above. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. Service providers may process data outside your country.
Your choices and children’s privacy
You can play without contacting us or creating an account. There is no in-game account to delete. Where applicable, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, or exercise other privacy rights, by emailing seansheaton@gmail.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify and handle your request.
The game has no chat, user uploads or forms asking children for personal information. Parents or guardians who believe a child has sent us personal information can contact us to request review and appropriate deletion. Device and purchase controls are managed through Android and Google Play.
Changes and contact
