1. About this policy
Jocelyn publishes Color Sudoku Garden. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game, use optional advertising features, or contact us. No account is required to play.
2. Game data on your device
The game saves progress, completed levels, stars, seeds, garden decorations, unlocked themes, settings, unfinished boards, notes, undo history and reward records locally on your device. Local backups help recover saved progress. We do not operate a game account, cloud progress service or gameplay analytics service, and do not upload these saved game records to our servers.
3. Optional rewarded advertising
Mobile editions may offer optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob, for example for hints, another mistake opportunity, extra seeds or an extra undo. Basic level rewards do not require watching an advertisement. Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses, device and advertising identifiers where permitted, approximate location derived from network information, ad interactions, and technical or diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and maintain their services. Non-personalized advertising may still involve data processing. Advertising availability and privacy choices depend on your region, device settings and the edition you use.
4. Privacy choices
Where applicable, advertising privacy messages explain available choices before ads are requested. You can use the privacy controls provided in the app and your device settings to manage available advertising permissions. Refusing optional permissions does not remove your access to the basic puzzle game. For Google’s handling of advertising data and available controls, see the links below.
5. Remote configuration and this website
The mobile game retrieves public advertising configuration hosted on GitHub. This request does not include your saved puzzle progress, seeds or garden records. GitHub receives normal network connection information, such as your IP address. Once the game successfully saves a valid production configuration, it stops fetching that configuration on that installation, including after restarting. Removing app data may reset this behavior. This policy website is hosted on GitHub Pages; its hosting provider may process ordinary connection and security logs. We do not add advertising or analytics cookies to this policy page.
6. Contact information you provide
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request, investigate reported issues and handle privacy inquiries. Please do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
7. Retention, deletion and security
Local game data remains on your device until it is replaced or removed. Deleting the app and its data or clearing application data can remove local progress; operating-system backups may retain copies according to your backup settings. We cannot restore progress from our servers. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to address requests and meet applicable obligations. Advertising and hosting providers apply their own retention practices. We take reasonable care with information under our control, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
8. Your rights and international processing
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant authority. Contact us to exercise rights relating to information we hold. We cannot identify or retrieve game saves that exist only on your device. Third-party service providers may process information outside your country under their privacy terms and applicable safeguards. We do not sell your support correspondence or local game saves.
9. Children’s privacy
We do not ask players to provide a name, date of birth or contact information to play. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action.
10. Changes and contact
