Color Dock · Privacy Policy

Who we are

Color Dock is operated by john. Contact: seansheaton@gmail.com. This policy applies to the iOS game and its support and configuration pages. Effective date: September 30, 2026.

Game information stored on your device

The game stores level progress, stars, coins, inventory, chosen skins, settings, daily-challenge results and unfinished boards on your device. No game account, chat or developer-operated cloud save is provided. We do not send this saved gameplay data to a game server. Device backups controlled by your operating system may include app data.

Advertising and consent

The app integrates Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). When advertising is enabled, including test mode, these services may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, device or app identifiers, ads viewed and interactions, performance information and crash diagnostics. Purposes include delivering and measuring ads, consent management, security and preventing invalid traffic. Data processing depends on SDK behavior, your region and choices. Non-personalized ads do not mean no data collection. The current app requests non-personalized ads, disables the publisher first-party ID and does not request Apple App Tracking Transparency authorization or access IDFA through application code. Google and its advertising partners may process data under their own policies; their SDK privacy disclosures include device identifiers that can support tracking in some configurations. We do not promise that an advertising SDK processes no identifiers.

Your advertising choices

UMP requests current consent information and displays applicable forms before ads may be requested. Where available, open Settings > Privacy Policy > Privacy choices to review or change consent. If a form is not applicable or cannot load, the game remains playable. Rewarded ads are optional; declining or closing one does not grant its reward. Turning off ads does not erase data already processed by Google. We do not condition standard offline play on agreeing to personalized advertising.

GitHub hosting and remote configuration

A public JSON file hosted by GitHub may select disabled, test or production advertising modes. The app may fetch it at launch, on returning to the foreground and approximately every five minutes. These requests do not include saved game progress, contact lists or a game-account identifier, but GitHub receives normal network request information such as your IP address. GitHub also hosts these policy/support pages. The file contains settings, not executable game code. Network failure or invalid/expired configuration prevents new ad requests; an ad already showing may finish.

Support, sharing and retention

If you email us, we receive your address and the content you choose to send and use them to respond and investigate your request. Please do not send passwords or sensitive information. Support information is retained only as needed to handle the request, resolve related issues and meet applicable obligations. Local progress remains until you reset or remove it; operating-system backups are managed separately. Google and GitHub control their own processing and retention as described in their policies. Data may be processed outside your country. We do not operate a separate data-sale business or an independent gameplay analytics service.

Deletion, rights and children

Use Settings > Reset Progress to clear local game progress; uninstalling removes the app’s local data subject to operating-system backups. This does not delete provider logs or advertising consent records. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold and to exercise applicable privacy rights; requests concerning provider-controlled data may also require contacting that provider. The app does not ask for contacts, photos, microphone or precise-location access. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it under applicable rules.

Changes and contact

We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. Where required, additional notice or consent will be obtained. Questions and privacy requests: seansheaton@gmail.com.
